How To Bake Our Brown n' Serve

If you're on this page, it means you most likely purchased one of our Brown n' Serve products.

You're an icon for that. Thank you.

But now, we must bake it!

If frozen, thaw for 30 minutes
before baking

Pre-heat oven to 400° F

Place bread on metal baking sheet

If possible, mist the bread with water

Place in oven at 400° F & bake for designated time, or until desired crust is achieved

Baking Times

Sourdough Deli Rolls: 5-7 min.
Sweet French Deli Rolls: 5-7 min.
Dutch Crunch Deli Rolls: 5-7 min.

Sourdough Micro Baguette 6pk: 7-9 min.
Dutch Crunch Baguette: 7-10 min 
Sweet French Baguette: 7-10 min
Slim Sourdough Baguette: 8-10 min. 
Small Sourdough Round: 8-10 min.
Sourdough Dinner Rolls 8pk: 8-10 min.
1 lb Sourdough Baguette: 15-18 min. 
1.5 Sourdough Round: 15-18 min.

PRO-TIP:
Bake times vary based on your particular oven!

PRO-TIP:
Perforated trays are best, but flat metal trays work as well.
