PRO TIPS FOR AN EVENLY BAKED CRUST and TRADITIONAL FLAVOR

1. Use an oven thermometer to be sure your oven is accurate at 400 degrees.
2. Know your oven. For example, does it bake hotter on one side more than the other, cook extra hot or  differently depending on the shelf level?
3. Rotate the pan half-way through from front to bake (180 degrees) and also rotate the bread if some bread is browning more than the other pieces or unevenly on the sheet.
4. Loaves bake best on a full sheet.
5. Perforated trays are best, but flat metal trays work as well.
6. Try not to open the oven too often during baking so the temperature stays consistent.
7. Bake times vary based on your particular oven!

NOTE: Our Brown ‘n Serve loaves and rolls can look different even in the same package or box. This is normal and does NOT change the cook time or directions.
